TERMS OF SALE

When you place your order, it is shipped to you within 1 business day of the time it is placed.

Refunds on IQ Fun Park can only be issued to the original credit card that the order was placed with. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on purchases. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and the original receipt.

Ship the IQ Fun Park to Karen Quinn, 1220 First Street #302, Coronado, CA 92118. It must be returned within 14 calendar days of your original order arriving. It must be in new, unused and re-saleable condition. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the actual shipping both ways.

IQ Fun Park will be shipped to you via Federal Express. You will be charged for whichever shipping option you select. You may choose from any of the following shipping and handling options:

Typographical Errors

Testing For Kindergarten reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Testing For Kindergarten shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
